Respect Each Other
We will strive to be a place where everyone feels safe, respected, and welcomed every day as we vigorously uphold the rights of our diverse teammates on our teams and in our broader communities.
For 300,000 years humans have been growing plants to fit the system. At Plenty we have redesigned the system to focus on growing tasty and flavorful plants. Join us and be part of the next agricultural revolution.
We’re all about growing responsibly, and that applies to people as well as plants. From world-class scientists and engineers to roll-up-your-sleeves, operational go-getters, we’re committed to building teams that reflect a range of expertise and experience.
As well as perks like free coffee and lunch, we help our teammates grow personally and professionally with career coaching and workshops and opportunities to connect. Did we mention that many of our offices have access to our amazing, vertically-farmed produce?
For full time team members we offer full medical, dental and vision insurance coverage for you and dependents.
We also provide paid parental leave as well as paid time off so team members can rest and recharge.
We’re serious about the happiness and well-being of our teammates and providing the right conditions for everyone to thrive.
Our diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging efforts are a major part of how we think about our business, our teammates’ experience, and our culture. We have four commitments:
We will strive to be a place where everyone feels safe, respected, and welcomed every day as we vigorously uphold the rights of our diverse teammates on our teams and in our broader communities.
We, individually and collectively, will increase awareness of history, unconscious bias, invest in behavior change, and work for diverse representation across our company.
We will use our platform to stand for equity, justice, and inclusion while being actively anti-racist in word and deed.
We will work tirelessly for equal access
to nutrient-rich food.
Our approach to well-being is grounded in supporting the whole person. Our six foundational building blocks of well-being are Physical, Career, Financial, Social, Community, and Emotional.
