- Lead marketing planning and execution for all customer physical retail locations and online properties
- Working with our Commercial team to: develop consumer/customer insights, set objectives, create the strategy, develop & execute the marketing plan, analyze performance data, optimize strategy & tactics for continuous improvement, manage budgets, and work with Director of Sales to develop materials for and attend key strategy & performance meetings with current/future retail & online customers
- Work closely with the Sales team to take advantage of customer co-marketing opportunities and also unlock additional marketing opportunities with key retail partners
- Lead our eCommerce marketing strategy and execution
- Lead our competitive intelligence gathering and analysis for the Marketing team
- Work in lockstep with our Customer Operations team to create a seamless customer experience in-store and online. Foresee, manage, and remove marketing obstacles as they arise
- Work in partnership with the Director of Integrated Marketing to manage all new retailer launches, driving the timeline and contributing to strategy development (including paid support), planning and execution
- Manage the creative process with internal and 3rd party creative resources, driving the process and ensuring on-time delivery of all necessary resources for our retail partners, for major initiatives as well as ad-hoc customer needs
- Working with our Marketing Coordinator, manage the production and distribution of all retailer assets including retailer toolkits, in-store collateral, demo collateral, and experiential activations
- Think strategically and creatively to break the conventions of retail and online marketing to deliver a better consumer experience
- Potential to manage the day to day relationship with our major partnerships
- Travel up to 20% of the time

- 8+ years of marketing or other relevant business experience
- Quick learner with the ability to get up to speed quickly
- Flawless implementation and extremely strong project management and organization skills
- Flexibility and capability to take on tasks outside of the immediate scope of work
- Analytical capability to find the key insights in retail and online performance data
- Self-starter with ability to work independently – high sense of urgency and entrepreneurial spirit
- Experience with consumer insights and the ability to leverage them to build highly engaging, consumer-first marketing that drives results
- Collaborative spirit with a strong track record of working with Brand, Creative, and Commercial teams to bring exciting work to life
- eCommerce experience

Plenty’s target compensation range for this role is $159,200 - $175,200 for this location. Actual compensation is commensurate with experience and alignment with role requirements.
