Smoothies are often loaded with added sugars, but this do-it-at-home treat relies on the natural sweetness of perfectly ripe berries. Plus, the mint leaves add a freshness that will invigorate your morning.

With six ingredients and five minutes, you’re guaranteed one delicious dish in three simple steps. Here’s how it’s done:

What you’ll need:

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2/3 cup blueberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • 1 cup sweetened almond milk
  • 2 sprigs mint leaves

How to achieve spring smoothie magic:

  1. Add berries, spinach, mint, and almond milk in a blender
  2. Blend until smooth
