Oh, hey friends! We know it’s been a while since you’ve heard from us, but quiet as we’ve kept, we’ve been working on something Big.

As you know, our mission is to bring good, clean food to people all over the world, but first we wanted to start with our own community. That’s why we’re super excited to announce that Plenty will be making it’s debut at this years Outside Lands Festival in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park.

Come Through, We’ve Got Plenty Of Food

That’s right, come hang out with us August 10-12 as we’ll be at the Farmers Market in Eco Lands (near the Panhandle stage) serving up smiles and dishing out samples of the most delicious produce you’ve ever had. We’ve been growing (literally and figuratively) and can’t wait to share the harvest from our South San Francisco farm.

What’s that? You want to know what we’ll be having? Well here’s a sneak peek:

1-Plenty Hero: Baby Kale

Sauteed baby kale tartlet with pickled cherry peppers and roasted pine nuts

2-Plenty Hero: Baby Arugula

Prosciutto (or zucchini) and baby arugula wrapped fig with dukkah spices.

3-Plenty Hero: Spicy Blend

Tofu or salmon tartare in black sesame cones with Spicy Blend

There’s Plenty More Where That Came From

We’re so glad to share this moment with you guys, as this is the very first time that people will get the chance to taste Plenty’s clean, delicious produce grown indoors year-round free of pesticides, herbicides, and GMOs. We couldn’t think of a better place than our own backyard.

But don’t worry, if three days of deliciousness just isn’t enough, come say hi and sign up for our personalized Plenty Box program, which delivers flavorful, local produce straight to your door. Just another way that we’re making sure that you’ve got good, clean food and Plenty of it.
